Making A Purchase
TO MAKE A PURCHASE just follow these simple steps.
TO ACCESS MAIN PRODUCT CATEGORY PAGE click on image on left side of home page or on "Click Here To Enter AVA Online Store" link.
SELECT REQUIRED CATEGORY by clicking on associated image.
ADD AN ITEM TO SHOPPING CART by clicking on "Add to Shopping Cart" button. Adjust quantity required and click on "Confirm" . After each selection you will be returned to your previous position in the catalogue. NB from any page of the catalogue, you may return to the Product Category Page via the link at top or bottom of page. Add further items as required.
TO VIEW/EDIT SELECTIONS click on "Shopping Cart" icon.
TO COMPLETE PURCHASE click on "Checkout" icon. For your peace of mind, we employ the services of the renowned card processing agency Pay Pal. Please enter details required to complete transaction and print off your receipt. To log off the Pay Pal site and return to the AVA catalogue, click on "Done" button.

Shipping And Handling
Orders will be despatched to addresses within the UK free of charge.
We aim to despatch orders received before 12 noon, on the same day.
On receipt of order we will e-mail confirmation. If we cannot despatch within three working days, we will e-mail you to advise. If in this case, you would prefer to cancel or amend your order, please let us know by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive your order confirmation. We will e-mail you as soon as your order has been shipped. Claims regarding shortages or damage to delivered items must be made by e-mail at - email@example.com within 3 days of the despatch date.
Non Delivery: We use Royal Mail to deliver orders and they will not consider an item 'lost in post' until 15 business days (21 days for orders outside the UK) from the date of despatch have elapsed. If your order is not delivered within this time, please check with your local mail depot in case it is being held there. If your order is not received after this time, please let us know and a replacement will be despatched.
Payment will only be taken when the goods you have ordered are ready for despatch.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Record styli are delicate, precision items which can easily be damaged by mishandling. We check every stylus before despatch, however, should your order be damaged in transit we will replace it on its return with your invoice.
The life of a stylus cannot easily be quantified as it depends on such things as record condition, turntable set-up etc. However, in ideal conditions a stylus should provide 100's of hours of playing time.

AVA do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Items returned as 'not required' or 'ordered in error' will, if returned in original condition with invoice within 14 days of purchase, be refunded subject to a deduction of £2.50 to cover our initial postage and packing costs. The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the purchaser unless we have in error despatched an item other than that ordered, or if the information on our site which lead to the purchase can be shown to be incorrect. Please ensure that 'proof of posting' is obtained from the Post Office when returning an order.
